Another question

Since when did Mormons subscribe to Torch and Pitchfork mentality?
The idea baffles me.
Since when did right wing concervative mean insuing mob tactics? If I called myself concervative, it definatly didnt include being an accomplice to emotional mob mentality.
I am so sick of Mormons who believe that if we are coorced into keeping the commandments we will be blessed for it. Lies lies lies! The whole point! The WHOLE POINT to life for a Mormon (Latter Day Sait) is to choose who you will serve, not who you are forced to serve. God or the Devil. You can not be forced to serve god under law. You must learn to live the commandments. If you are forced to follow the commandments, you are following Satans plans.
If there is more sin in this world today, there is more chance at blessings, because there is more to learn from. You must learn from your mistakes, cause we all make them. If we learn the mistakes, and choose to correct them, then we know not to make the same mistake twice.
In a true mormons mind, Sin is wrong, the sinner in not. For who are we to judge the sinner? Are we not all beggers? Are we not all Sinners? Who casts the first stone?
Am I afraid to stand up for my beliefs? No. But I do not have to force my beliefs upon those who believe otherwise. No.

The world needs less hate, and less fear, and more love, and more faith.

Pitchfork and Torches Unite!

After reading the Pitchfork and Torch society's Mission Statement and about who they are, I realize that there are some things I agree with. I thought you were all republican right wingers but if you subscribe to the Pitchfork and Torch Society which I am assuming you all do (careful with assumptions I know)you are just fed up with goverment spending. I have a problem with some of the topics. Perhaps you can all help me with them.First Drilling oil. Why plunge ourselfs deeper into an oil based economy? I feel our long term needs would be better met by following the ideals of such countries like Brazil, who has no forign dependance on oil. All cars run on SugarCane produced ethanol. Why can't we get off that stuff.You talk about thinking outside the box, why not talk about things like hydrogen, the most common of all fuels. Why not invest in that? Anything in our earth Carbon based will only wreck an already ruined environment. If we are indeed supposed to be stewards of this earth, might we want to take better care of it?I am for Indusry, but doing what we have done in the past wont do. China will have exausted their natural resorces by the end of the next few decades. Why should we? We are Americans! We are the most resourceful bunch there is! We could put this country on top again. Forget Europe, Japan, China, Etc. What about closing borders? If so why don't we all pack our bags and leave the land to the Native Americans whos lands we pillaged and plundered. Manifest Destiny. Since when did you feel like you were given any kind of ability to come into the country and then seal off the borders behind you? Deal with immigration correctly. Not by sealing off the country but by fixing the problems with it.Is this only about taxes? I ask you this? Where does money come from? Any economists out there? Where does it come from, the US Doller? What does it mean? It is a fake system created to cover up a lie, that is, your doller is actually worth its weight in Gold, which its not. It is worth what the goverment, and what it is worth compared to other goverments. Goverment Spending is so wild that there in no responcibility to it. Lets talk billions, trillions, ect. The worth of a doller will soon be worth less than the paper it was printed on. Unless there was actually someone who cared enough to invest in it. LONG TERM. Does anyone even remember what a long term investment is? Bottom line is, there was no Deficit 10 years ago. Now there is. 8 years of spend spend to help coorporate america, whether it was bail outs, or special interest Crud, it threw us into a nose dive. I attest again, politly that greed and selfishness is what has thrown this country into such chaos. The question I believe we should all be asking is, what is Obamas Motivation, does he believe he is helping? Do you believe he is helping? Can we ever really tell? So who are you Really ralling for? Who is driving this? I would guess the idea has sprouted from big business interests. Coorporations that feed on greed, and hate the idea of anyone or anything slowing down their capitalism. First off, let me tell you all about me. My name is Nick Smith, I am hapily married and I live in a small town. I have 2 wonderful children and I hope to have more one day. I started this Blog (my first blog ever!) to try to convince people to stop believing in any type of political slander that attempts to use fear as a motivator. My personal belief is that the goverment for the past 8 years was controlled by greedy coorporations who use capitalism without reguard. I believe that this is the reason for our current political situation. Greed. Plain and simple. Who is more greedy? I don't know. I believe now, we are paying for it, big time. What I will say is this, I have no party afiliation whatso ever, sometimes I side with the right, sometimes with the left, mostly I try to find middle ground. Remember United we Stand, Divided we Fall? I believe in our founding fathers, I believe in a land without taxation. I also believe that there needs to be a system in place to keep our goverment in check, as well as our cooporations in check. In simple terms, all our problems can be sifted down into simple reasons, our motivation. What motivates us? What drives us? Is it selfish? Is it for Greed? Lets ask oursleves on a daily basis the basic question "Why", or "What is my motivation for doing this?" Or in the political arena, we could ask, what do we believe is the motivaton for this article, or why was this article written. I attest, if the answer ever seems, that the motivation is to scare, or make fearful, it is slanderous. Don't fall for it. Find the facts, and protect your families. Follow the examples of Ghandi, Mother Terresa, Dr Martin Luther King, and Abraham Lincoln. Fight for what you believe in, but do it through truth, love, passion, and long suffering. I invite both sides to post questions, understand I will not put up with slander nor will I put up with vulgar language. I am also only a man, who makes mistakes and whos opinions change.
